Two weeks ago I went on holiday. It rained the whole time so rather then sit around and watch bad telly I taught myself how to use CSS and built a new blog.  This is located at www.murderburger.co.nz just down the road from my house. So you’ll have to change your bookmarks.

In other news, I planted two olive trees, three feijoa trees and an avocado today.  The avocado is going to turn into a monster but I haven’t told my neighbour that yet. He’ll find out eventuallly.

It’s a little hard to see but this is a shot of Massai warriors armed with homemade bows and arrows clashing with members of the Kalenjin tribe about a month ago – at least that’s what the blurb underneath the photo said.  From what I can tell the bow and arrows look a bit like the ones I used to make when I was 9 so I’m not sure that this encounter was that deadly. Still, good to get a bit of exercise.

New Menu

We’ve got a new menu up and running.  (It’s actually been up and running for a few weeks but I forgot to say anything).

Accidental design genius.

I love shit like this!  The I-Heart-Chicken/Cock double up, the panda that has renounced his vegetarian stance, the bright orange packaging… it’s all so wrong it’s perfect!  If this had been designed by a committee there’s no way anything as cool as this would have come out.

Unless it was that committee that thought flying a 747 at low altitude over New York with two jet fighters on its tail was a good idea. That’s a committee I could work with.

Meanwhile… in Japan…

45 year old businessman + girls school uniform + concrete blocks on back = contemporary Japanese culture.  This is why Donkey Kong was so ahead of its time.
